House Rules:

 If over 2 people in a room, $30 extra will be charged for each additional person. 

Cancellation Policy:  A non-refundable (for any reason) first night's stay will be charged at time of booking.  If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the reservation date or in case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Reservations modified up to 14 days prior to arrival (based upon other availability) will be charged a $35 modification fee.

$20 additional charge for a reservation of only one night.

Due to allergic reactions, we do not allow smoking (near the building) or any pets. 

Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm unless prior arrangements are agreed upon. Check-out is 11:00am unless agreed upon.

To ensure the optimal experience for each guest, we only allow children 5 and over, unless all four rooms are rented by the same family or group.

Linens and towels are changed after three night's lodging.  (Unless requested)                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Cooling and heating units should be turned off when leaving the room for the day. If they are not turned off, we reserve the right to enter the room for that purpose.

Consideration for other guests requires lowering all "volume levels" between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Since all our rooms are on the second floor with stair-steps to access them, we would be happy to assist with luggage and other needs.

To ensure that we have appropriate staffing for this purpose, please inform us of this request prior to arrival. Also inform us of any food allergies so that we can be ready for your visit.

Our primary policy is to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
